No Win, No Fee* Guarantee

No financial risk if your claim is unsuccessful, we’re here to help.

Our no win, no fee* arrangements takes the risk out of making a claim. You are not required to pay anything if you lose your case.

Our panel of personal injury solicitors will take out an insurance policy on your behalf before starting your case to cover any costs incurred during the personal injury claims process. These costs include court fees, medical evidence, loss of earnings and other expenses. You will not face any hidden charges or fees for payments incurred during the compensation claim process.

If you or a loved one have suffered an injury or illness in the last three years that you believe was someone else’s fault, contact our panel of personal injury solicitors to discuss the amount of compensation you could be entitled to.

You do not need to use a claims management company to make a Personal Injury claim you can do this yourself for free using the Claims Injury Portal if your claim falls under its remit. Typically, customers pay up to 25% of the amount recovered as a success fee toward the solicitor’s cost on a successful claim. Termination fees may apply if you terminate the agreement with your solicitor outside of the 14-day cancellation period. We may receive payments for our professional services from our panel solicitor firms. These costs are not passed on to our customers.

Simple Claim Process

Making a car accident claim or an accident at work claim is simple.

Get in touch

When you contact Accident Claim Helpline, our specialist team in traffic accidents claims and work injuries will take the details of your accident. Our specialist team will review these details with one of our panel of personal injury solicitors. They will then decide if we are able to represent you in your claim.

Processing your claim

Sometimes where a defendant has acknowledged liability, there may not be a requirement to gather detailed evidence about the accident.

If the defendant denies liability then a period of evidence gathering will begin. This is the point at which all evidence will be reviewed and prepared accordingly to make the your no win, no fee* personal injury claim case as strong as possible

Compensation payout

A settlement can be negotiated whether liability has previously been accepted or denied. All parties involved want a fair and reasonable settlement as quickly as possible to reduce costs and court time.

It is unlikely that you and the defendant will meet across the negotiating table. Instead, our panel of solicitors and representatives will try and come to an arrangement on your behalf.
